According to the State Department, the annual limit in the EB-2 category for China-mainland born and India has been reached. The USCIS will continue to accept I-485 adjustment applications based upon current dates published in the April and May Visa Bulletins. However, no green cards for these categories will be approved until the visa bulletin for October 2012 is issued.  At time, those with current priority dates in October are eligilbe for approval.
